Hi
Rod is spot on in all aspects.
Water based stains fly out as does grease.
As Rod says, I have not to my knowledge done these 1001 stains as it won't foam up, the pre spray with start to break down the stain and the sponges with encapsulate the stain and product, anything left should come up with a spot remover.
Although usually I can see the stain has greyed and can say with almost certainty that the stain is permanent
Stairs are no issue, the EnviroDri has a 180 degree handle and I have done hundreds of sets of stairs, rugs etc even a rug (infested with moths) that was over 70 years old, grease stains where it looked like the oven had been sick and countless student lets (some of the worst carpet I have come across) I have done, soot, puke, compacted pet hair salvage,
But, like any system it isn't ' Jesus in a bottle', all it is, is personal choice. If you are delighted with HWE, then great, keep at it and keep building your businesses, why there is this need to constantly put down any dry system is beyond me.
I generally use the pre spary
Agitate
Leave for 5-10 mins
Powder down and agiate in
wait to dry
Vac up with my sebo 360
Treat any stains left
walk out the door
I have gum remover (amazing gear)
I have insect killer
Dry crystal
Spot remover
Sponges
My machine
Can I get rid of every stain...
No
But, no one can guarentee stain removal.
Regards
Martin
