As with any organisation, small problems like this can happen and, like others, we rely to a degree on members to keep us upto date on their own entries. It's the same with Yellow Pages, Thomson etc. As soon as it lands on the doormat, I check my entry. We also have situations whereby some members have not presented all the information required, especially this year with the new requirement for the "One to One" rule. Until all of this has been completed, entries will not be made on the public database.
I hope that you wont read this as an excuse, but a reminder to all NCCA Members. One of our office staff has had some very serious health issues this year, so for the last seven months there have been one or two "trying times" in the office. Factor in holidays and the occasional sickie and I hope you will appreciate that Katie and Lewis have handled the situation amazingly. They are a credit to the Association.
