You can see the puzzlement, B&Q sell all that cleaning gear, poles, electric rotary brushes, squegees, ladders and scaffold towers. And they employ all those pensioners who know how to do everything.

So it's quite a good question reallyDo they slap an orange apron on some hapless old buffer and push him outside, with instructions not to come in till they are finished, or do they employ one of us?
