can anyone recommend a good yet not too dear chemical detergent / disinfectant for this purpose?

Odour Fresh
Is a concentrated deodorant and air conditioner where offensive odours are a problem
Waste bins use at a 2% solution.

Is it a deodorant or a reodorant?

Do you know what the active ingredient is?

Dettol.....Kills 95% of germs stone dead....or so they say....

£10:99 for 5Lts from Makro.....mix approx 3 big glugs to 40Lts water....

People recognise the smell too.....

Don`t throw good money once you`ve earned it....

Just wondering if there is any suggestions still? After a strong deodouriser because in my area the household waste bin is emptied fortnightly and the freshner I'm using now isn't that strong.

I haven't a clue what I'm talking about when it comes to bins (or much else for that matter!) but I don't see why you couldn't use any of the deodorisers that carpet cleaners use, I would recommend trying the Prochem Contract as it smells of bubblgum. Click the green man at the top of the page, I would think there are loads of different 'flavours' there to try.

Just a quick question regarding the Prochem products, if sprayed onto a cleanish carpet inside so no major drafts, how long would the smell last for would you estimate? cheers
