PICTURE'S ON FORUM

I would like to add a picture to the forum and can't do it for some stupid reason ::), Can some one just run through this with me as I have not been able to manage it.....

This is how I do it.

1.Get Google Picasa
2.Upload the pictures you want to the Google Picasa online album using Picasa
3.View the picture online in the gallery
4.Right click the picture
5.Go to Properties
6.Highlight and copy the address text ... it looks like this

7.Come to the forum
8.When writting out the post click the insert image button.
9.this will appear (img)(img)............ paste the text between the two (img) things.............  like this

Press reply, additional options, browse - then locate your image and upload!

Takes seconds?

Thanks john I can do it now.... By the way this is a picture of the bird i cleaned the other day ( confessions of a window cleaner)  ;D

Done that now how do I get a picture like yours when posting ( on side)

I don't ever upload to non lss76 sites, they are unsecure therefore I use Google picasa which is extremely secure and comes from a reliable maker
