Hi Shaun,

Sounds like a decent days work for one person, 1/2 day for 2 so charge accordingly.

£300/£400 I'd go in at.

Jason.

Rewarded with the job, perhaps a little high but I thought in for a penny £627.00 it's not while August and it's a 6.30 start so the price accomodates.

Thanks for all of your help.

thanks Colin, it's small be very well looked after club so the few extra minutes talking to the steward on what I would do and what I use and the improved drying time was worth it as he poured me a Coke (tea total at the moment) but as sometimes when you put your quote in you don't know if you have really got it but he rang me within 30 minutes of recieving it in writing and booked.

Although 2 of us will get it dome in half a dayish I don't think it will be done again for a long time, I believe the no smoking will take its toll on these places.

Hi Shaun,

Think you're right. Got a few one-off commercial jobs since smoking ban came in, not interested in contracts just want a deep clean now.

Hi Colin,

Sounds like a blank cheque job! Superb ;D

Good price that Shaun. I would have said £583.00 and 6 Hours for completion.

Well done
Matt
