i dont get it when people say the size / worth of the house is irrelevant

to be able to afford the BIG houses you need to be earning BIG money ( thats life im afraid ) , so they will be able to afford a little more than your old granny down the road on her pension

for example, i clean a house near me, he is in the law game, and for me to emply him, it would cost me £ 300 a hour, he works freelance and works for a fair number of big law fims all over europe

so he pays more than old granny jones who live on her state pension, afterall he earns more money

rich tax, its the way forward and make you feel warn inside

( with these rich tax accounts, i can still do the front of mrs jones house for 3 quid )

robin hood had the right idea i tell ya

I don't agree, these people will haggle over prices like nothing you have ever seen before. And they want you round when it suits them, not you. You have to make an appointment and keep to it.
Also they treat you like some sort of skivvy because thats what you are, the window walla. No cups of coffee and biscuits.
Many of the really big houses round me are on Pinner Hill, Northwood and Moor Park and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Most of them are owned by Asians now and I find them difficult customers at the best of times. They like to stand over you and watch you like a hawk while you work. That sets me off.

Personally if I can achieve my 'wanted' hourly rate for getting to site/prep/work/packup I am a happy bunny.

As for rich tax....I could not care less....but this equally applies from terraced to the house with the pool.

The end of the year is important...that final figure is my goal...each and every Sunday....my year end figure in 'George' is what makes me happy...all the work during the year whether delievering leaflets, cleaning, travelling ...chatting with customers is all fluff...the year end figure...

Now I have not been in this 'game' long but very quickly have decided that nothing really matters as long as I achieve my annual goals.... easier siad than done ( ;))
