Are they as heavy as the normal G/F pole because the clamps look the same

I went for the 30 foot prolong with the 'freeby' a 24 foot G/F.
The 30 prolong is amazingly light and rigid given that it is aluminium, I've even  tried it out on ground floors and it is still usable.
Time will tell on the clamps as being the same old brodex types I suspect they will wear just as fast.

we have found that it is the pole that wears, not really the clamps, so as its aluminium i would say they will lasta lot longer

thats why it has a 30 month warranty
I have the 24 and think its about perfect for every thing we do , its not whippy
in fact quite stiff which is better for 3 story EDD

i used the 24 hybrid this week, short enough sections to work down stairs as well.

good pole see how durable it is over time with the carbon mix it should last . the clamps are easy to use

marc, the 24ft pro long is good for higher stuff, but no good for first floor stuff, its too long
