Anyone else falling out of love with M-Power?
Just lately been doing an awful amount of white/nearly white carpets of various types (and this is really where you find out how good a clean is).
I've even taking to heating the M-Power up,spray, agitate with a pad, leave 10 minutes then using a heated pad to remove.
The results have basically been disappointing, so I end up getting out the full range of various spotters which although achieving the end result defies using this one 'magic' solution.

Is it similar to Nemisis? I tried some and it as good as m/s but like the idea that I can leave it to dwell if necessary.

I like it but i like other cleaning items as well, my prefered agent this week is MS but that can and always will change. IMHO I can't see any difference between Nemesis and M power apart from the price.

I don't have a problem with M/S previously there were different types for different situations. Along comes M-Power which will cover just about all situations in a one solution does it all.
So the thought of just carry one 5L container around with nothing else at all are forever gone.

It's very good if you are low moisture cleaning, perhaps that is why Nick is the UK director of the Low moisture Association??

All depends on what you are cleaning, I now do believe that there is NOT 1 product that suits all.

Stains and dirt, fibres, method, temperature etc .

There are so many variables that to suggest one product is going to be the best on everything is plainly wrong.

Not today it didn't. The place was full of expensive wool carpets. Yes the customer was happy with the results but I felt a lot more extra work was involved because the 'magic' solution didn't perform without extra help from other products.

Like all products the test is to use it yourself.

I have not been motivated to buy it I am happy with what I use

Only been asked once for Water only cleaning.

Another Lady insisted I did not use that method

I would also agree with Ian.

Perhaps this product doe's work.......but there has been much controversy about it.

So much so, I would also tend to stay away.....mainly because it's been over hyped and the results are variable by different users.

Clean Talk always reminds me of the Labour government in the late 90's.  You all had to sing from the same song sheet.  Or on the other hand, could it be that M-power users are not that fussy about the quality of their clean

All very interesting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,a number of " new " innovative products launched with a blaze and their fire seems to be going out.

I have mentioned before, that I have had tremendous success, with a very inexpensive poduct, from Yorkshire, which dealt with almost all situations.

Today, for example......................a typical alcoholics hostal, run by a church charity.

The carpets were in the usual filthy state including some very unsavoury black patches, similar to black top, but harder.

All I used, was this powder and water at around 50 degrees......................presprayed with the carpet lance and simply worked away for about two hours.

I would have achieved the same result with many other products and I should stress that I was only using a single, three stage vac machine, with just 135 psi.

It makes me laugh ,the people who always seem to have the greatest opinions on products are the ones who have never tried them.I have had some very dissapointing results using M power on polypropelene  apart from Lm method on carpet tiles which it works very well on, but excellent results on other fibres.Have not tried Nemisis yet ,so can not comment.

I was banned from C/ T for challenging some claims......................pretty pathetic and pretty stupid. Every contributor is a potential buyer!

It's all very well scanning the world for innovative products, but, when all you do, is re hash existing products, you will get found out, sooner or later.
