pain in the neck

woke up this morning with a severe pain in the neck, it s on my lft side and starts on my nock end goes down my trap muscle and half way down my back.

i have been wfp for nearly 2 years but i sometimes have pains but never has bad as this cant move at mo, any one else had simalar problems??

If so how did you sort it out?

When the pain has gone in 4 days,   (You could have pulled it whist in bed try Neurofen to relax it again)
lie on your back on the bed and shuffle till your head hangs over the end of the matress and you can look at the carpet behind you, relax and lift your head up to see your feet etc. Allows water to be drawn/vaccumed  into the joint keeping it fluid.

Pay £40 and go and see a specialist when its got better-no point in going now.

Without sounding like a novice are you using your pole ? correctly I had the same trouble 2 years ago then changed my style and no problems
