if your going for commercial contracts what you need is an info pack with with your company name on the front and then
1.an introduction of who you are
2. Mission statement
3.Health and safety policy
4. levels of insurance cover , vat number etc
5.What type of cleaning services you provide
6.List any contracts youve already got or completed

Place it all in a see through A4 plastic folder the ones you get from staples looks nice and professional

The best thing to do is look around your area for developments that have just started go with all your ppe (hi vis, safety shoes etc) on and try and get on site to see the site manager or qs give the brochure to them and hopefully they will ask you for a quote
