Yes, we all come across situations like that from time to time. We have a free choice to tackle the job or not. I would never be judgemental because we do not know what mental or other problems those poor people may have, nerves depression, alcohol related, there is always some reason.
Whatever I see or hear in a customers house i beleive in leaving there, unless it is something positive.
I never have or neve will betray a customers trust by taking photographs of their rooms, after all we are there at their invitation.

I have real trouble understanding how people can live like this  . Do they feel ashamed when people come round to visit? Think I would have offered a full house deep clean and sanitation and quoted ££££££ (lots)
