how much do you pay for reach and wash work

hi, just bought some reach and wash work, cost me 4 times the monthly income. Been trying to pick some up for ages and nobody seem to be selling anymore so i thought why not pay 4 times the monthly amount. Has anyone else paid over that amount and is wfp work now costing more.

So let me get this right graffters and john you will only pay x2,
but why if some one has lets say £4000.00 per month took 1 year to esablish and the guy wants to sell so you guys would pay £8000.00
or do you mean like most businesses 2-3 times the annual profit plus equipment etc
so it would be around £72,000 plus equip based on 3k profit per month @ twice or £108,000 + equip
funny old game buying and selling

they mean 2 x the monthly income...
a £48,000 per annum, low skilled job for £8,000...why do window cleaners so undervalue what they have?

Strawman- At the end of the day after 4 cleans you are earning good money and if you keep them happy you will have them for a long time to come and probably pick up a lot more in that area.
There is nothing wrong with paying 4 times at all for wfp.
In 4 months you are on to earning more money and building a bigger round while some are still trying to get it for what? A couple of hundred quid less.
Take the bull by the horns and go for it.
Look at it as an investment for your future.
Regards Robbie

Very true Steve. Look at what your average student has to pay for 3 years before he graduates. And when he does, he won't be earning that.
The guy who paid his £8000 would have earned a 100k before the student leaves uni. Dai
