Red wine on sofa
« on: June 20, 2007, 07:57:00 pm »
Cleaned a Laura Ashley cotton sofa 3 weeks ago. Customer fell asleep with a glass of red in her hand and it went everywhere! Fillings on base cushions were covered, took them out and wrapped with polythene, re -inserted and cleaned. Removed all traces of wine and dried and the polythene was left in place for over a week. One stain has re-appeared after 3 weeks, why?? Have I missed something?? Re-cleaning tomorrow so advice ASAP would be great, Many thanks, Geoff

take a photo of the stains, & if she calls you back & they've moved, you know she's tucking you up! 3 weeks wick back i don't think so!
