500sqm of office carpet.  Thats the cleanable area which is around desks and chairs.  I have to move chairs and bins only.  Pre-vacuuming not needed so price for clean only.

Carpets 3 years old slight traffic lanes in main walk ways, about 40 gum spots to deal with and the usual office type soiling.  Needs to be cleaned after office hours.

How much and how long do you reckon to clean.  Setup/down will take about 1 hour in total.

What kit will you be using?

I have read similar post saying between £1-2 /m2 depending on various factors including desperation. Knocked out in a long day with a decent portie?

Personally £900.
If all goes well 1 day.

Tell them usually a 10% loading for unsociable hours. but as 500 Sqm prepared to waive this.
