Do you mean like a cfr tool?  My other tool is internal jet but I think it could not be described as hydro-kinetic.

Ps David Ingram builds his own they are very good but he did copy the idea and then modified it to suit his needs

Hi Guys

I have a feeling that it was Steamway International who brought out the first Hydro-kinetic hand tool.. it was for truck mount use and heavy for the operator to use
Of course I may be wrong... it may well have been bother John about three hundred years ago... my memory is a bit weak about that  ;)
