staff problems seem to be the biggest difficulty in this game .i have always had a problem .i dont know what the answer is ???
i dont think it is simply about the pay .
one of my customers said to me "what do you expect ,its the nature of the job" .i think they have a point .

Staff problems are not just resticted to this trade. Every business has the same problems and its getting worse.
People today don't expect to have to work for a living! They never worked at school, their mates don't work so why should they have to now?

I am seriously considering taking up my own suggestion and looking to the Polish workforce to help me out, we pay well and the staff I have work hard and are very diligent, however, some of the new ones I have tried out have been rubbish.

Going down that route with Polish workers but one to consider if you have a local university and have a couple on the go with flexi time.

Dont employ the polish! Give it a couple of months n they'll relise how much money your making and start under cutting you. Wont be long before they start taking over are trade like they did with builders if we all start going down that route.

i have to agree , go polish !
the english scooter boys / druggies etc are not interested in doing any real work , they just want £30 odd quid as quick as they can !
i have had enough of both over the years, and paid correctly and looked after polish workers are much more reliable !
