How do you know the poster is a " newbie " you should be aware of the clowns who are trying entice forum members to their site...............I have received several e'mails from the people concerned, each one claiming changes of ownership, but the pattern continues.
Being sceptical, is not being unhelpfull, it's simply being cautious.
You should also know, that the quality and volume of helpfull postings on here, is quite staggering and considering the time and cost it takes to become competent in this industry, it's pretty amazing that so many give information so freely.
Anyone finding a forum like this, should make some effort, by reading past posts, rather than just ask questions.
If they give some clues as to where they are and what sector they are in, or hope to work in, information / help will flow.
Finally..................there is no best machine, or product, as each individual will have different experiences from machines and chemicals, just as each individual will get hugely differing results from using the same machines and chemicals.
A competent operator will get a better result, from a machine with 100 psi and a single vacuum, than an incompetent operator with a truckmount.
PS ....................what does the name Wishy Washy conjure up in your mind?
