Got a breakdown with my trolley after a year without a bpac so put the bpac on a shopping trolley. After an hour I got fed up and put it back on my back where it fits like a glove. You should defo get some way of uprating the straps to make them beefy if you do wear it.
Many use it as a grab and go.
Its the fastest thing out there on domestic and small commercial.

Put it on a folding trolley. £20-30.

What I do is never (hardly) carry it full.  I stick a 25 litre barrel of water on a sack truck and keep it handy and re-fill the back pack when it's needed.

If for example I'm going to clean a house with five 1st floor windows (I use it for tops only; mostly), I'd put about 10 litres into it (I calculate 2 liters per window (but only use about 1-and-a-half; at most for a normal sized window)).

Then refill for the next house; it takes seconds.

Sometimes I fill it to the brim, when faced with lots of windows in close proximity; but I never wear it while using the pole and rarely carry it with more than 12 litres in it; unless it's just to move it a few meters.

You'll find the above difficult on first cleans, because you use more water, but on subsequent cleans it's great.

No - Quasimodo!  ;D

When I use my backpack (rarely) I always carry it in one hand, never on my back - too high and awkward to lift!
It's a game of three halves!

I sit it on ther seat in the van to put it on, ideal height in a tranny. In this good weather it chaffs the skin, im a cowboy who dont have a uniform. I have thought of getting a seccond one to fill slowly as I use the first. Working out of a van mount, which also produces my water so you can have a brew whilst waiting for it to fill

yeh but it wouldnt do through resin then as I produce my water in the van. However i usualy get a TDS of 002 before it goes through the resin. Do you think I could by pass resin and just syphon into back pack?

I use mine on my back full.  I don't look like Arnie, but I do look like Van Dam   ;D.  No problems though, my wife uses it as well.  We don't use it all day long though most of the time we're van mount and just use it for the odd places.  Good piece of kit though.

Simon.

I still use it on no 2 cause I'm paranoid about doing a bad job on 1... pump sounds as though its labouring on 1, though I suppose it would eliviate last window syndrome

What do you do as regards to filling it during the day,do you have a submersible pump in the van mount tank or do you take separate containers.

just fill it as through the pole pump, so it goes through resin. Turn pump up full, takes about 4-5 mins. Om if fill out envelope or knock on door ect
