Hi jm123
Very lucky man
Been ro- ing  and have had very low tds from day one
started at 76 in the old unit we rented
then moved it back home and that is about the same
just about to move it into a new rental unit and have tested the water and its down to 64 ppm
I am going for the a record
still considering getting a merlin to recycle the waste ,
as i have just had my water Bill at home and it was £516 for six months

It has never occured to me that premises could be required for window cleaning. (apart from ver large firms and you mentioned 500l per day)
What are the advantages?

I Started Feb 06 with a 11 ltr Vessel and still not changed it, 350 into Ro and 5 out into resin, although i do admit i disconnect it from the resin when i first turn on the Ro when the TDS level is high this helps alot

i take it of till the TDS level reaches around the 5-10 mark then i connect again, usually about 5 - 10 mins but does help alot on saving resin

Hi Eco
I have a unit mainly for storage
it helps with all the other things i have going on at times
it is presently storing the slip'n'slides that i am marketing  along with some other stuff ,
I find that keeping business away from home makes it more better for work as if i was at home all the time, i properly wouldn't get as much done
an other point is that if you have a base to dump things
you don't have the hassle from the real boss  ( she that must be obeyed)
Just the way i work  :)
