Trying to put a commercial flyer together

Just putting together a commercial flyer and i have a bit of a mental block :-\

Just wondering if anyone could help us out with a few points. so far i have

Water Fed Pole
Risk Assesments
Insurance
References supplied

anything else could be useful for other guys in the same position maybe?

Make mention to Method Statements, Service Intervals, WAH Directive.

This is information the end user will want to know about.
Covering Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, Berkshire

oh yes method statements, i only done one a month ago as well...Doh :-[

This may sound silly but what is WAH? never came accross it before and never been asked for it
