Should not have any spots, check what you are doing wrong.

Over the years I have trained many lads to clean windows, and the hardest thing was to get them to see the dirt on the windows.
 from the inside, if the sun is out spots will show up, but if it is dull outside, it is unlikely that they would notice, unless they are close to the window.

Overall wfp does a good job, I think you can find faults with anything if you look for it, hopefully most customers have got other more important things on their mind than looking for spots

I think your right there John. If you were to really study every window there will always be an odd spot or run somewhere. The overall impression looks superb from the roadside (and to the neighbours) though.

I like custies like that. Much more reasonable than custies who expect you to do a perfect job in 10-15 mins that would take them all morning and they still probably wouldn't get right. We're imperfect and are going to make mistakes. I don't want to be picked up on every time I don't get it spot on. (excuse the pun)However, I take your point. Mind you I borrowed a freinds wfp gear to try on a couple of my nieghbours who are also custies and I told them to as picky as they liked. On the first go, even though I could see a few spots on their windows the response was, "They really shone when I came in." They were really pleased. One was really happy to have had a window cleaned that I couldn't get to with a ladder for safety reasons.
I don't suppose it's all going to be like that, but it's an encouraging start.

Those spots will gradually disappear, you shouldn't really be getting that many even after only 2 or 3 cleans.  I know what you mean though, when I converted to wfp collecting was a nightmare the windows looked cleaner before we cleaned them, thank goodness thats all in the past.

Did a first clean today on a new custy, you can bring them up to standard on the first clean as you have the time, but not so when making the change.
