yours is a most likely a universal pole (Glassfibre) the beuaty of the facelift is you can take sections out and use it as a small pole.I have a 58ft facelift i only use all sections on a big job i have, The other days i use only 30 ft of it. Also the clamps are so much better on facelifts

If you get the oppertunity to use one then do (carbon one), after 5 mins you'll answer all your questions & be on the blower trying to buy one & wondering how on earth you've managed so far without one ;D
They really do live up to all the hype ;)

I've had 4 of them in the workshop for repairs, clamps everytime - maybe I've just been a bit 'prejudice' in not buying one?

Any of the other suppliers got any in stock?  carbon.

i recently borrowed a 50ft carbon pole off one of my window cleaning buddies, and this thing was in small sections, about four foot a section, and you just screwed each section together making it big as you wanted. it had no hose inside the pole, it was hollow, and the water just went through the inside.
Was this a facelift?

Sounds like it might be an Unger CarbonTec pole.

Had my carbon facelift 6 months now & not 1 problem with it. it gets used for every wfp job & also for 99% of bottoms too. its not worn, no clamps have broken, it gets thrown about, stood on the lot!! a very, very robust, light & easy to use pole its unreal!
I do not sell poles, i do not invent any products, i'm not any kind of retailer, just honest & realistic, and when a product is so good & DOES live up to all the hype then i'll gladley recommend it.
It's not modular it's telescopic, BUT ( & a massive advantage over other poles ) is that ALL the sections are removable. so, like me, i have the 44ft carbon but only use 44ft once a month, so for the rest of the time i take sections off & use it at 24ft :D :D :D just adding any extra sections as & when needed.
Also, if any section does wear or ever break, you can just buy that section seperate, so no need to buy a whole new pole. ;) ;) ;)
