Lost my first customer the other day since I started in February what a horrible feeling!
Only did the house once and I didn't think they were going to like the wfp system anyway. Had a couple of custys who make excuses saying not today thank you or the baby has just gone to sleep etc. I don't think people want the water sloshing about either when they want to sit out in the back garden.

But i think the most annoying thing is when you no you have done a good job and they try to make up some lame excuse that they don't like it 
why can't they just say
"sorry but the mortgage has gone up and i can't afford it just now"
I had one last week 
Still some will
some won't

I can still remember where the first job was that I lost (in 1992).
It was an older couple and they simply said that their son had moved back home and he was going to do them.  I can even remember the price.  It was £5.50 and included two sides of a conservatory.  Think I was better off out of it don't you?
