why is it so hard

hi all
       why is it so hard to get people to to clean windows properly wfp or trad ..... i ve tried to teach people to clean windows but they can never get it right or im i just to fussy

Waht is your technique for WFP on windows???  Any set way of doing them?

By people I take it you mean employees? Thats the whole problem with trying to get people to work for you. They don't have your motivation. Why should they?

Some window cleaners manage to put togeather a good crew but even then it only holds good until the bosses back is turned. Then they take the p1ss like all the rest.

There have been other threads along these lines. You are far from alone, believe me.

hi qwert well i clean the frame rinse then  clean the window and rinse twice and also with trad i always make sure the window frames are cleaned before we start the  glass ... is that a bad thing or me just being fossy again

No it not a bad thing its pride.

Remember its your buisness & name at stake & not theirs.

Is it worth all the grief employing some one. If you get a good crew then yes but it could also be your downfull.

Maybe the best thing you could do is talk on the phone to someone like Trevor to get some pointers.

If you employ people to make more money for yourself then its a problem you have to live with.

If quality is the be all and end all then work as a oneman band or withsome one you tust.

i agree easy clean people or better of on the dole live is to bloody easy for them and like you say it drives me mad to and some people just dont want to work
