If you get out any insurance make sure it covers everything. I was mugged outyside my own home just over 4 weeks ago, received a very badly broken arm (protecting my head from the kicking) my insurance does not pay for criminal injuries. I have to claim from the criminal injuries board and it can take years. The hospital has also sent me a bill (which I dont have to pay until I get money from this board. So I am now out four weeks plus a couple more till surgeon tells me I can return to work. I am turning my porty into a T/M so I can carry on without the lifting as he told me no heavy lifting for at least six months.

Hi all,

Thanks for you messages of support, Im feeling a bit better now and the swelling has gone down a bit.

Sounds like Mike1946 had a worse time than I did, I hope you make a full recovery soon mate.  Go hunt em down and whack em with a twin jet wand :P

I think the insurance is a great idea if your a solo CC, but like others have said, make sure its the right policy for you.

Thanks again

Graeme
