heres a question i have a 2 100 flowjets one is restricted to 60 but neither pump nearly as far as my other van system using a 60 psi quite alot less than half i would honestly say. does anyone have the slightess clue whats going on im totally puzzled!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 pumps one is a 100psi and the other is a 100psi, but restricted to 60 psi. Neither of these pumps produce anything like the amount of water on the glass ,compared to my other van using the same make pump  60psi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So many things can affect your flow rate. Micro bore slows down flow rate in proportian to it's lengh, more so if it's tightly coiled on your hose reel
Are your connectors, flow control, and jets the same diametre?
Try one of the new 100psi pumps on your old system, if you still have it that is.
This will tell you if it's a pump problem. Hope this helps, Dai

everything about the 2 systems are the same . Same hoses , same pumps,same brushes,same jets ,same internal hoses up the inside of the pole, the only diffrence is one system has flow control valves and cut off swithes fitted which is the system that performs poorly,, the other system works directly from the pump and relies on the pressure switch,this system works fantastic. im completly miffed.

Mine worked better without the varistream so i took it back off.
Now no varistream no bypass and the system works brilliant.

Keep it basic less things to go wrong

I have 2 varistream and they work brill.  What do you mean by flow control valve and cut off switch?  Do you mean a varistream or a bypass from the pump back into the tank or a valve that restricts the flow?
