why don't you ask the customer to make sure all moveable objects are not blocking your access when they book for insides? They might not move evertyhing, but some would be ahelp to you. A good line to use when the customer books an inside clean is "Although we are fully insured, accidents do happen, so should you have anything of personal or £££ value, please move them before we arrive"
To be honest sofas etc shouldn't be that bad to move, but yes ornaments are a pain
