Cleaning windows with guards (wfp)

can anyone give me advice on how to clean appartment windows that have the guards that go half way up the opening doors using the wfp method?

car washing brush wiyh hozlok male end on handlle
with its own length of hose
unplug the pole  plugin hand brush cost 3 qid

We use a vikan 12" brush which if you turn at an angle sideways fits through the gap and cleans the window in two postitions.

Have to say they are a messy an not the most practicle thought out design. Why the architect couldn't have opted for a big window I never know?
