How long would you take to clean an area of 800 sq ft

no furniture
not heavily soiled
dark pattern good quality possibly AO axminster, or similar
after vacuuming

Rob, wand time is maybe an hour or a little bit under.

Set up times, which I am not sure if you needed or not would vary as to access.

You know I use a truck mount and accordingly the LM cleaners would probably get it done quicker.

Portables a bit longer.

Best, Dave.

I f you can clean 800sq ft in 4 minutes ............what would you charge ?

This is not a wind up. There is a beast of a machine which can outperform 3 guys with 3 Cimexes and can clean  800 sq ft in 4 minutes !

Rob, I would still charge £800.  It doesnt matter how long it takes it is still 800 sq ft.

As for using the machine you are showing in or on the web site, I wouldnt touch it with a barge pole, it is still a rotary and not suitable for what I clean.  It voids too many guarentees to be of any use to me.

Best, Dave.

P.S. Not only that but looking at the web site it appears to be for commercial use only.  Therefore I would chose the machines it was knocking as they have more use on the domestic market.

It was a most unfair contest.  I.E could it be used in small rooms, landings, cupboards, no.  It may have its uses granted but it needs to be put against like for like and it wasnt.  For those using the smaller machines can go day to day cleaning whatever they need to.  For this megga machine if you dont have 800sq ft rooms it will be sat at the shop doing nothing.

Anyway, results wise it still will not out clean a good hwe for soil removal, ever.
