I would be very interested, but I live in Surrey.

Would all 281 clients be happy to relocate to Surrey?

Hi Mhall,

I am with you on that comment. " Why is no one snapping this up".

Not one serious buyer has contacted me. This is a genuine round I have for sale with an income of over £3,000 per month.

Why have I not attracted more intrest?

I read on this site that people are prepared to spend thousands on a window cleaning franchise, with no existing customer base or double the monthly income on a canvassing company.

It would be very interesting to get some feed back from others on this site, as to why my round is not  worth buying.

I look forward to all your comments.

Regards

Sean

Perhaps this is not the place to advertise your round.

I would put it in the local paper and see what happens, maybe split it up into 2 or 3 smaller rounds.

Also contact all the local window cleaners in your area, (yellow pages) and put the word out.

When i was considering 2 of my mates were waiting to buy it.

I would also advertise the hourly rate in the ad.

I.e window cleaning round for sale takes £750 a week for only 20 hours work etc.

Most people coming here are already window cleaners looking to improve there skill base, not neccesseraly looking to buy a round.

You could try aswell Sean advertising it on ebay,  maybe you,ve had no interest in the purchase of your round because nobody on here is in that location.

Sean,

I know this is of no help to you but if that round was in or around Warrington, Cheshire I would snatch your hand off.

I think that wcer's in your area either havent got the cash or dont need the work  :o

I suppose it's a matter of location.  Although I am prepared to travel for work, I'm down near Gatwick.  If I were closer, I would certainly give it consideration.

Sean, I would seriously consider Paul stevens offer of pay as he works!

At the end of the day you would still sell your round at the price you want. Just a thought!

Personally myself  id b interested but too far to travel for domestic work, but only on a work and pay basis if this was in my area. It would cut the risks involved. Maybe thats what everybody else is thinking!

Just a thought mate.

Best of Luck Sean!

It has been a lot harder to sell my round than I ever dreamed, but it is almost sold. Anyone else selling a round I would recommend ebay.

This is a good site for info etc but not for selling rounds ( in my opinion ).

Thanks for feedback etc.

Sean.
