Round is made up of 274 properties split between masionets and 3 bed semis all within a 3 mile radius of each other.

I have built and worked this round traditonally myself for the past 20 months.

Income of £3,250.00 cash per month.

My prices are as I say.

I am selling this round as good as it is, to invest in another business.
£15.00 for a 3 bed semi with no bay windows, £10 for a ground floor 2 bed masionett are the prices I charge. I work about 25 - 30 hours per week on this round.

As I said in my first post this round is worth £39,000 cash for the next 12 months, exculding any new work.
