I've just been out with my leaflet for the first time just me and the lad. Thought I'd target a "New Build Estate" with a mixed bag of property (Town Houses etc). Only posted around 100 -150 but picked up 3 jobs while out posting them, all priced well.

The big bonus was calling in at the Sales Office, big friendly smile and in uniform. Asked if they had the show home cleaned. "Yes" was the reply but I'll pass your leaflets on to the Sales Manager and pop a few in the welcome packs for you.

10 mins later mobile rings Sales Manager "Can you clean the Show homes" the current guy only turns up if and when he wants too. Popped back, quoted, "Success".

I believe I picked this up purely through presenting a professional image. “Price” more than the other guy. The big bonus is that my leaflets will be going into the welcome packs about another 70 house to be completed yet.

I used to do a regular clean of 2 show houses inside / outside windows  for Barratt homes. They were really bad payers , so I only did it for a couple of months , but I put a magnetic fridge magnet on the show  house fridges. I got a few calls from people who had been and looked at the show houses
