Just started to produce my pure water in static tank for this week  and normal tds from merlin is anywhere from 8_13 tds ,but today stated off at about 35  and rising by one every 2to3 ltrs and now just produced about  25 ltrs and it is at 42 and still rising any help most appreciated.

Another 10 ltrs or so and tds 49.

The only time i have had high tds is when i have not flushed my RO.

Is the RO new?
Are the prefilters new?

I have just read that i should be able to backflush my merlin from my van using pure water

Pre filter new last week but merlin 18 mnths old making about 300 to 400 ltrs aweek

try taking it all apart then run he water through it with out any of the fillters on it for about 5 mins then put the first fillter on it .watch out cos the water will spray up and drench you leave that for 5 mins then do the second one same again leave for 5 then the third.works for me.and you might find it will produce it faster as well.let us know if it works.if i was you i would change the other too filters now any way .and you can get a littlt post filter for about £10
