I was thinking, that to neutralise reducing agents you use an alkaline solution & to neutralize a oxidising solution you use an acidic solution (and visa-versa for acceleration)
so if I clean a carpet and rinse with an alkaline solution if I then try and remove a coffee stain with spray & go I'm wasting my time because the alkaline rinse will just cancel out the reducer.
and they same goes for using a oxidiser if I've rinsed with an acid rinse.
is this correct?
so should I rinse neutral or use bleaches before cleaning?
anyone know?
