Carpet Cleaning Sponges
« on: April 16, 2007, 07:31:17 pm »
I have recently started a property maintenance company and have picked up a few letting agents as clients.  They would like me to offer carpet cleaning to my portfolio but I dont know anything about it.  I have found these sponge systems on the internet which appeal to me as I dont have to invest in a machine.  Any advice for a beginner please?

Think the lack of response says it all !!!!!!!

Although the other lot banned me within a week of joining, they have sent e'mails on a regulat basis , the most recent , informing me of a change in ownership and even giving names.

Hi sorry I havent responded but very busy.  I bought 3 boxes of sponges from envirodri and a carpet daisy for £120 ish.  Just cleaned a four bed with study and dining room charged £215 and Ive got 2 1/2 boxes of sponges left for next job.  Am I too cheap - dont want to undercut anyone.  Customer very pleased and loved the green tea smell from sponges.

My first post wasnt a wind up by the way.
