frustrating

hi fellow hard workers

i am starting to feel frustrated now,  :'(  because ive emailed a lot of companys in north wales and still no bite,  what am i doing wrong, ive emailed letting and estate agents, schools, leisure centres, pubs, hotels, universitys,  ive even gone so desperate ive gone and contacted student landlords,
i need a bite of something, aaaaahhhhhh, help please can anybody give me good solid advice

the problem may be in emails. They are sometimes...mostly now...filtered out of the recipients mailbox as junk.
Phone up and ask the name of the person responsible for whatever you do and send them a letter.
Even better, get to speak to that person and ask if it is ok to send them some information about your services.
That way, your mail is expected and not unsolicited and you have started a working relationship which can now be built upon. Phone them back up after 3-4 days to check they received the mail.

Try your local Chamber of Commerce. They want you to succeed, ask when they have a breakfast meeting and they will invite you along. Dont forget they have all been in the same boat as you from car sales to computers they all started small and built them selves up.

Most Towns or Borough Councils these days have a Brochure they put out with the contact name, phone number and number of staff etc of all the companies in the Town.

Get hold of that and off you go, I do it once a year and you would be supprised how well it works. I dont do daily work but it works well on the carpet cleaning front.
