Excellent! Wish I had the ability to do that.

The best I have done is to ask for the individuals full name, telephone number, office address, which seems to be questions that annoy them enough to hang up.

Most of the time if the telephone number is not displayed or is a big City code I dont bother answering. I just might lose a job but I dont get irratated by some f***wit.

Getting calls from U F*£!" US again. Swore at the last one so much he asked if I have tourretts Syndrome, but he still didn't put the phone down!
I think a loud whistle might be my next ploy - if I can make their ears bleed they might stop calling!
