I have been busy marketing over the last month focusing on small offices and domestics. I have also sent letters introducing our business name to property management companies.
I have looked at local developers and asked them for the property management company details who are dealing with the communals.
I have only sent 15 out so far but before I invest anymore time in this area I just want to see how others approach this area.
My letter briefly outlines where we are based, what type of work we will cover and that we are fully insured.
Would anyone like to share their experiences, ie. do you follow up with a phone call after sending your introductory letter, do you call them first etc.
Also, do you find if you have one contract with that property management company it tends to lead to others?
