ive decide to move slowly from carpet cleaning to contract cleaning (due to injury) and im struggling with pricing.

the quote i have is for 6 blocks of flats, basically hoovering polishing of communial areas and cleaning of kitchen and batrooms.

id say its about 1.5 days work with some short distance travelling between properties so i will have to get cleaners to use their car.

the properties are to be cleaned every week.

theyve asked for hourly rate because there will be more work on some weeks.

basically i need to know what to charge for an hourly rate an what to pay a cleaner
