Client Intervention
« on: March 23, 2007, 03:50:32 pm »
Has anybody been in the position of a client wanting an operative off thier contract. I do have a statement in my staffs terms and conditions that basically says if I can't resolve the issue with the client or re-locate them with a like for like contract then I will serve them notice of termination.
Do you reckon I am within my rights to do so.
What do think guys ? Even if it,s "I just don't like him/her" sort of client.

BE A WINNER
