Mmmm....
Well to do the OFFICE part on the outside, remember, that doesn't mean the whole building, the apartment half is separate and I never did that trad.
Well, the outside for one man (one very quick man too I might add...and not Squeaky, on this one he was always quite slow) it was possible to do the outside in an hour and a half.
I wasn't far off that time on occasions, but that is also going back a good 15 years.
One guy who worked for me was incredibly fast, and he could do it in that time.
A reasonable time was 2 hours...at a push.
Now, done WFP the entire thing, including the apartment block is done in an hour and ten, maybe an hour and fiteen minutes.
Front and side takes 45 minutes, the back takes 20-25 minutes.
you'll have to read my original post carefully to understand what I mean about the the apartment block and the office being separate.
And yes....I do make very good money on these two accounts

Oh, the world champ has replied...
Terry, on the office part it was possible to do the top floor in 20 minutes, ditto for the 1st floor, the ground floor windows are awkward, 6 panes to a window and quite a stretch using a 8ft pointer on some of the work, and not at all easy to do the them in just one move of the ladder per window.
Strange as it may seem, it took as long to do the ground floor as the two floors above combined
I never did the apartment block trad remember, that is all new in the last 2 years.
Once you were up in front of the windows they were easy, though a bit hairy as you were right at the top of the ladder to reach them.
On the first floor windows you had to step onto the window sill to get at them, or at least the top pane as the windows are so tall, and the sill was so deep.
To get the entire job done trad (including the apartment block) in just 2 hours would be pushing it even for the world champ!
Over the years (23 of them) only one person who worked for me has ever done the account faster than I could (sorry Squeaks, it wasn't you

)
