Hi all can you give me your opions on a fair hourly rate for domestic and builders
clean.
we provide all cleaning materails.
midlands area.

Domestic - £10-15ph

Builders - priced by the job, they want to know what the cost is up front, generally very competitive pricing. Also it depends a lot on what they are prepared to do themselves, some builders have their own labourers who will do the majority of the clearing up and removal of plaster, etc, others leave the whole lot to you to do.

at the present time we charge £9.50 ph for domestic clean's and a lot think its expensive :
