scaraches on glass

one of my customers decided to clean the downstairs windows of there house the other day,now they live by the sea and it ,to  me looks like scraches caused buy sand that must have blown onto the glass from the seafront,anything out there that i could use to remove these fine scraches ? many thanks...kev

where i stay  (small seaside town)  the older windows of victorian property are that weathered it looks like frosted glass.....
one customer replaced her glass and couldnt believe the difference .... if its old glass theres not much you can do about it m8
