I have been asked to regually clean this car showroom, it is right next to a main road and they want it doing every 4 weeks, I am unsure on what to charge them as i have no commercial customers only residentual, I am Traditional not WFP and am located in the west midlands. comments on the price you would quote for the outside and they want it doing inside every couple of months too,
i think i've given all the info needed, your comments are appriciated
Thanks
Mark.

I would say £60 outside and the same for the inside maybe a bit more cos of those metal cross beam things seem to be in the way. Trying to clean around them will be difficult!

£45 outs would be competative, insides look like hassle so about £75.

it needs to be done every two weeks min.
look at the building, half of it is glass. explain to them that half the building is glass for a reason, and if they don't make best use of it by keeping it clean then they are mugs.
outside should be weekly/ two weekly min
inside monthly min
if you get a better frequency you can double your money, and they get cleaner windows.
