As I'm only 3 months into wfp, can't give any tips on  summer working; but it's going to be great I'm sure.
Been a trad wc for nearly 20 years and always found the heat of summer the hardest to work in. I'm hoping the opposite is the case with wfp!

The best thing i like about cleaning in the summer with wfp, is by the time you have finished the house your on its dry and you can see the results straight away, i noticed this already this week as its been warm and the shorts will be making there regular very soon  8)
A bad days fishing is better than a good days work !

You might use more water on the hot days rinsing and that baked on bird poo is slightly harder to shift!, so i would allow a 10-15% more water usage. Get yourself some decent sunglasses the reflections on windows is a blinder sometimes!

The sunglasses are a big must - even if you go to work naked wear some sunglasses!

You don't use any less water, in fact more!
First to get the glass a little cooler and loosen the baked on dust and crud
Second to keep the glass from drying rinse, rinse, rinse ;)

From the top:
Hat
Sun glasses
Light coloured thin shirt
Thin trousers/long shorts
Sunblock
----------------------------------
Gallons of drinking water not tea/coffee/coke/RO water
Take breaks in the shade
Start earlier finish earlier
Soak yourself in tap water from time to time
If possible carry a cool box with ice blocks in it.

I sometimes use my WFP as a quick shower in the heat.

Fill a 1.5lt bottle with water to within a couple of inches from the top. put in freezer the night before. next morning take it out of the freezer and take it with you working and it will stay chilled all day.
And definately start early so you finish early. That way you can have the barbie lit and dinner cooked by the time the other 'alf get home from work!  ;D
