Been cleaning a large house middle of no where since new owners moved in end of last year cleaned in and out first time a lot going on as they were moving in ,next clean no one there soput bill in and sent payment went today they come out all puzzled saying they were cleaned last week they though it was me, last owners didnt have them cleaned so so no old window cleaner ,what do you do       cheers

if the old owners never had a window cleaner then it sounds as though new owners were just making up an excuse so you wouldnt clean the windows.as has been said before,some custys will make up any old story rather than just say they want to cancel.other wise who cleaned them,doesnt make sense.
