has any body any ideas were to start looking for air leaking into system   and slowing down water flow from pump ,

check all connectors
especially if using hoselock type.
Unscrew them all then do them back up tightly.
Also check hose and tubing on poles for any holes
or loose connections.
Check hosereel for any leaks
Make sure your Di bottles have water in
(I know someone who filled with resin but did not put any water inside)
If this does not work I would strip it down to basic and one by one chek leaks and pressure problem until I found it.
Its frustrating but well worth it.

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but, have you made sure your battery is well charged?

As russ said plus check for any hairline cracks on vessels.
