Just clean it as if were wool, using plenty of dry passes, shouldnt give you any prob, when in doubt, always clean with caution

Hi Guys,
I tend to clean rugs with a 6 inch hand tool, this gives me more control .
If you are not sure always wet a little inconspicuous part and see how it absorbs the water.
Cheers

As when cleaning any rugs, try and get as much of the dry soil out first. This makes the wet cleaning much easier and effective. You can do this by using a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar on both the front and back of the rug. Put it on a sheet of polythene. You can even wack it on the back with a stick. You'll be amazed at how much dirt you will get out.
After this just clean it using a specific Wool detergent after doing any colour run tests first and you should have no problems.
