residential blocks of flats

can anyone tell me where i should be looking to find the companies that own and sub out window cleaning on privately owned blocks of flats as we would like to start movin into this field.

Most have there own residents association , if you find out the name of the block say Cross st flats, try  Chairman ,Cross Street flats residents association .
